Unlike in Kamigawa block, I'm pretty sure the best draft deck for Modern Masters is not 39 Island and 1 Meloku.

Easily the best Moonfolk, this rabbit-man is honestly a great finisher for any blue deck. Even with creatures getting buffed since kamigawa's time, this remains a really solid end game play for blue. Play him and swarm your opponents with fliers. Synergy with all sorts of cards from retrace (as mentioned) to Favorable Winds and obviously Doubling Season.
Wow, that's a really efficient way to have landfall triggers at least once every turn.

Got a foil Meloku in a box of Modern Masters I split with a buddy, and I was kind of disappointed at the time because I'd never seen the card and didn't think it would be too useful. Ended up putting him in my UR spell deck with several creatures that have landfall abilities, and I have absolutely loved him. He works great with any mana I saved for a counterspell, and being able to pump out little guys as well as play a land every turn is just great. I'm sorry I doubted you, weird Moonfolk guy. You're pretty cool after all.

Those Moonfolk seem to potentially be pretty good choices for Landfalling.
Fun Fact: The Spanish printing of the original Meloku, the Clouded Mirror card from Champions of Kamigawa was actually misprinted so that he created 2/2 flying Illusion tokens instead of 1/1. Imagine pairing that with a Lord of the Unreal! Even though it's long since been figured out that the Spanish versions were a slip up they still go for as much as five times the price as the English versions to this day.
