Looks like someone forgot to Unleash their Exava.

"You're not unleashing Exava? Are you sure? Well, okay..."

It locks down utility creatures that need to tap, and for that, we thank you.

In regards to marmaris74 and Sel3l3e, according to rules, marmaris74 is correct.

702.5a
Enchant is a static ability, written “Enchant .” The enchant ability restricts
what an Aura spell can target and what an Aura can enchant.

303.4c,
If an Aura is enchanting an illegal object or player as defined by its enchant ability and other applicable effects, the object it was attached to no longer exists, or the player it was attached to has left the game, the Aura is put into its owner’s graveyard. (This is a state - based action. See rule 704.)

I'd like it better if it said "power or toughness". Then I could support the mana trade off they're getting at from cards in the curve, i.e. Narcolepsy; Claustrophobia; Mystic Restraints

I would have liked if it read "converted mana cost 3 or less" - blue Smother!

Still, i like their various takes on the - in its original form so sucky - Dehydration.
These single target lockdowns are considerably useful every now and then.
I'd say this one is an okay card as well, and deserves more than just its current 2.6.
It doesn't prevent big threats, but it can also partially (or completely)
turn off many of the more expensive utility creatures, since these rarely have a power above 3.

Don't forget, this will fall off if your opponent later pumps the power of the enchanted creature (e.g. with a Madcap Skills).

Edit:
@Sel3l3e: Sorry, but you are actually wrong.

This is pretty much card disadvantage. You're relying on them not playing anything at all that can pump their creature and that's rarely the case...

Looks like someone forgot to unleash Exava...

I'm not a fan of the ruling, but it can be played in the early game and keep utility creatures down at the least.
