Modern frame hell yes. This could have easily had an art update too.

Yeah. I'm happy about the new frame as well, but i think the old art is just fine and easily recognizable.
Then again, i'd have prefered a new art for this card than i would have needed a new one for Blightning.

this is officially the wierdest card in MTG, flavorwise. Wait, what exactly am I doing again? I'm getting set to fix my stuff, so I can prepare to do it again? Am I actually doing anything?

This has gotta be the most complicated set of mechanics to represent 'stand still, do literally nothing, you need your rest' in the whole game :P

This card is GOOD. Only downside is the Sorcery Only part, but it's very easy to find uses for this card when necessary.

This card is awesome. It's perfect for a tibalt deck because it makes his random discard a lot less painful.

I might try this in my Tajic EDH deck. I can reuse my steelshaper's gift or one of my wrath cards (which there are a ton of). This would be a really good source of card advantage.

6 mana to wrath of god again, and then 5 mana to steelshaper's gift again.

Flashbacks for days. Technically you could Recoup your Recoup, which amuses me, although I'm hard-pressed to think of an example where that would actually be useful.

It's like a janky Snapcaster.
