I think people are forgetting that pro-blue creature are rare, and this flyer is in green-red. Also the art is beautiful.

I give it a 3. Why? Mana costs are best broken down by what the card does. This is a 1/1 for 1, then evergreens like flying cost one more, and the same goes for protection. As it stands this is not overcosted or undercosted; you get what you pay for. that normally garners a 2.5, but I give it an extra .5 for being a blue hoser, albeit ineffective.
Yes there are 1/1 fliers for 1 at common, they are undercosted, and strictly better for most situations.
I run a playset of these in every deck just to fend off storm crows

This card is more like Strom Crow's brother. I mean Windreaper! What an awsome name! Almost as good as Storm Crow. Except Hes the cousin that knows The other's tricks, hence the pro blue.
