Board-clearing in red-green is cool, and the art is awesome (and reminds me a bit of Hokori, Dust Drinker). If you run red for burn and green for mostly fatties and have only non-creature ramp (Cultivate, Kodama's Reach, etc.), this card will work fairly well in taking out early threats/pests.
The flavor text is awesome, too.

There is no land on Ravnica that isn't populated and urbanized. Therefore there would be no mountains such as these for a twister to hit on that plane. Also the art is a bit dated to be printed as is in a certain setting, it would feel too out of place.

I STILL have one of these even though I sold my collection back in Y2K. I used "pook" for "f---" for forever due to this card. I love the savagery of G/R and miss the days when broken cards ran rampant all over the place. Berserk, Giant Growth, Giant Growth, Blood Lust on a Scryb Sprite and your opponent eats it!! MAGIC is the best game ever made, and it will never die!!!
