the art is a bit misleading on what the card actually does

@outlawD1; you can target any instant spell, and draw a card from it. It only counters the blue ones.

I love this. 1/5 without cantrip. With? 4/5. Excellent sideboard material and makes up for the fact that it's extremely reactionary.

Solid maindeck because it can target any spell to simply replace itself. Especially solid if you have interactions with drawing cards.
