Eh... it's a card drawn for one white I suppose, with a couple of very minor bonuses on top. Unlikely to see play in many modern decks (hell it didn't at the time) but there are worse things you could do for W.
A way to force a shuffle. Too bad it's not an instant.

This card has become more usable since the introduction of the Landfall ability.
If ur opponent needs land for lynx or something it could help u out.

Great for shuffling your opponent's deck until it wears down to pieces.

Would be nothing better in all the world of magic to play this and turn up Ihsan's Shade.

A waste of a good card name.

Well, it's so good it had an entire set named after it. You can recognize bad cards, like Morphling or Rishadan Port, because they'll never have a set named after them.
This card has actually scaled much better than many other Homelands cards because it allows you to draw a card, which hopefully won't be from Homelands.

A card with the name of one really bad set (Prophecy) in another really bad set (Homelands). Needless to say, it lives up to expectations.

Because actually knowing what your opponent is drawing next would be too good.

If only this was an instant so it could go under Isochron Scepter to mess with your opponent's Sensei's Diving Top/Ponder/Counterbalance while drawing a card every turn.
