This guy and Cartographer both lost their Townsfolk type. At least this guy is a wizard now, Cartographer is just a human now.

It is kind of nice that he can fetch anarchy out of your graveyard for you.

Also, @everyone talking aboout Snapcaster, this card is red and puts the card into your hand. As in, not actually similar enough functions to compare.
