i like the older look more, a good way to shore up your monsters or bring back a page turner powerhouse unjustly killed off

Love the flavour text...also the artwork reminds me of a janitor with a pushbroom... 'It's a living'
A decent card though that nets you creatures when you need them. The {3}{B} casting cost makes it splashable and the 2/2 body is nothing to scoff at either, the zombie subtype is even a supported tribe.

I don't always play Gravedigger. But when I do, I make sure to use this version. The guy has been printed in 15 sets, but this art shows only up in this very set. While not looking as great as the portal one, this one can be obtained more easily, and it's still more variety than using the same art over and over.

in the same set as entomb. so, basically 5 mana gets you a 2/2 zombie and a creature tutor if you're looking past reanimation.
