This card confuses me. Green isn't supposed to fly. Green gets cards that hose fliers or can block fliers.

This lizard can actually gain flying for

but loses toughness when you do so, making it a poor blocker.

If you actually want a green flier, gogo Scryb Sprites or Emerald Dragonfly.

I'm just glad Wizards has a better idea of the color pie these days. Oh, and it's Homelands so of course it has to suck.

It doesn't actually suck, at least not by Homelands standards. It's a 2/3 for 3, which was perfectly normal until recently, with a decent ability that's hard to find in this color. Probably one of the better cards in the set actually.

If you are ever drafting Homelands, (such as after you have led a terrible life and are now being punished in hell), then your best bet would be to go green. This guy stands head and shoulders above the 4-5 drop rare 1/1s.

Unyaro Bees is almost always the better option. Though this card isn't that bad for Homelands, I guess.
