He's pretty good right now. Most red creatures will be tapped from attacking, and there are next to no artifact creatures that see a lot of play since Scars rotated.
But hopefully there will be a suitable replacement come Gatecrash. I get the feeling Boros (and possibly Gruul) will have plenty of creatures that can stand in the pig's way.

This guy has won me a lot of draft matches. He is unblockable against most decks, and if he isn't, you can always sideboard him out. Throw a mark of the vampire on him and your opponent will be in trouble.
