Also, Grave Purge. Still, I'd rather play this than either of those in a Damia commander deck.

Its that kind of card you don't want to draw early or at least not twice, but which can get surprisingly powerful when it shows up at a convenient moment.
It's basically a slowtrip* that gives you Goblin Recruiter's effect for creatures in your graveyard. If your opponent doesn't have any means to manipulate your library (e.g. by milling it or shuffling it), this can be a very powerful effect.
Also since you can predict your next couple of draws, cards like Polymorph and Impromptu Raid can become handy.
*A slowtrip is a portmonteau for a particular effect mostly seen on older cards. They work like regular cantrips (which means the spell lets you draw a card when it resolves), yet - as you can tell by taking a look at the card - have this effect delayed until the next turn.
