Secluded Steppe and New Benalia are similarly themed cards with the only difference being New Benalia loses the Cycling ability but gains the Scry 1 ability. I would consider that a good trade. Factor in the bounce land Azorius Chancery that is in this deck and one can use the ETB Scry twice at least, more with Flickering. 4.5/5
