at the beginning of your combat phase... defending player...
is the beginning of combat phase the same as the declare attackers phase or is this card weird in multiplayer?
nevermind, its weird in multiplayer anyway.

@Lyoncet: Strictly less confusing than Raging River. Strictly less flavourful, you would say...

"Whenever you attack a player with a creature, half of that player's creatures can't block this turn". That's quite good if I must say so myself. It's not worded for multiplayer, but if you attack multiple players as once I assume you'll be splitting each of the defending players' creatures up in two piles, one of which won't be able to block.
It's a cool "do or die" kind of card in the sense that, if you attack with an overwhelming force, you can just leave one pile empty and ask your opponent to block with everything or lose on the spot. Disabling half of your opponent's creatures can also be a cool way of getting through with additional attackers and maybe even get lethal if you've got enough power on the battlefield.

If you have 2 combat phases, only a quarter of their creatures can block. With 3 combat phases only an eighth.
