I have it in quite some multiplayer decks. There are always enchantments to kill. And: many cards cycle for 2 mana. This does the same, but also kills an enchantment on the way. Not awesome, but definately solic and in some formats well playable. 3/5

It's not disenchant. It's not even revoke existence. But it gets you a card, it's instant speed and it has some pretty epic flavor text.
