One of the more expensive skaabs, he will probably not be as a superior creature for the mana cost as most of the others. despite this, he will be extremely difficult to take down by force, and thus a valuable card in draft when so many others trade frequently for morbid triggers.
A deck can have any number of cards named Relentless Skaabs.

Can you cast this card with Djinn of Wishes without exiling a creature from your graveyard as well??? W or W/O a creature in the graveyard theoretically speaking please answer both instances if you happen to know the answer to my question...

@Jackisback510: Nope, casting it with Djinn of Wishes does not get around the need to exile something from your graveyard unfortunately
