If he had three brains? I don't know, he seems to be smart enough to stay alive. Maybe he just has one human brain, or vedalken...
He reminds me of a couple of Decepticons -- one (intentionally) makes a lot of racket and does all he can to intimidate you, but won't stick around if you can put up a significant fight. Another challenges foes to duels (cowboy style), but is more inclined to shoot his foe in the back.
(I first spotted this beauty checking out the Deckmasters version.)

Not that bad, really, since red should have no problems blasting creatures to make way for this guy. Well, these days, creatures have gotten better, but back then, he wasn't too bad.

I've seen worse, and I love to add another creature to the list of creatures whose name is their creature type (like goblin assassin).
