Why did they put this in Nicol Bolas's deck? He doesn't deserve it. Neither do the players.

This guy will be decent in a deck with Skaab Ruinator. For 2 mana you can get a land you need and put a creature in the graveyard.

Innistrad will likely give these guys a bit of a boost in playability. Rooftop Storm alone makes them usable in casual settings. I wouldn't doubt that whoever added them to Nicol Bolas's deck knew full well that blue zombies were coming soon after its release.

This is like a free slot in the deck for us to upgrade.

Hey, it's that guy from "The Goonies!" Though it may have rotten off of him, this guy used to have a Superman shirt on.

Terribly overcosted and basically only useful for the landcycling at best.

I'm playing DOTP2013, against Nicol Bolas! It's intense dueling, and I imagine an epic soundtrack surging as the fight continues...
Then Nicol Bolas casts this onto the field, and all I can imagine is something like Groose's theme from Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword.

No, I really didn't find myself at all tempted, thanks.
