Not great. Even recently this would have been considered fair for an artifact creature, but the past couple years things have changed and we have seen real artifact bombs (like Wurmcoil Engine) so I would say this isn't a great pick. (maybe you chose a colorless general in EDH? Who knows)
What I can say about this card is that the flavor text is rather morbid, even by nursery rhyme standards.
