Inferior to Ponder, but still very playable.

This is kind of the grandaddy of the Preordain/Ponder type spells. Opt let you scry 1 (using today's terminology) and cantripped.

Blue EDH decks would be limited to one Ponder so this could find a home in there, along with Opt.

Where Ponder is restricted, Sleight of Hand is fully legal in all formats. Draw two, keep one almost never disappoints.
