Time Walk wasn't a one-cost drop, 4wallz. That would be Ancestral Recall. Notice how it maintains the theme of "3" of something for 1.
That said, this card is the weakest of the cycle.

A 7th edition card with decent art? This should be a Mythic Rare.

Time Walk should've totally been a boon.
{U} Target player takes 3 additional turn.

That has to be the most balanced card ever, Wizards should print it. This however is total garbage, whether or not you compare it to its brothers

@4wallz: Time Walk? A boon cycle drop? Time walk costs 2 first of all... so it's not even a 1 drop. The boon cycle in order of power: Ancestral Recall (U) Dark Ritual (B) Lightning Bolt (R) Giant Growth (G) Healing Salve (W)

7th Edition was the first "core" edition that came out when I started to seriously play MtG, and as such, it holds a special place in my heart.
I don't think there was ever a time when I would run Healing Salve, though, even as a brand new player. And I've never liked this art.
