As far as the card goes.... meh. I can't see spending 3 mana on a card which might do 2 damage to your opponent each turn if they don't pay to prevent it OR the creature doesn't die OR they don't destroy the enchantment OR they don't Flicker their creature, etc etc.
How sweet would it be if WotC could always pair up the coolest artwork with the best cards? It is such a crappy feeling to come across an unplayable card with awesome art or vice versa - a great card with horrific art.
