I always imagined this card as representing the blind eternities. Personally believe that zero decks should not 1-of this. Yes, there are enough better things that even 2-of-ing is probably excessive (aren't you using on-color dual fetches if you're running basics?) but...for the amazing flavor connection with Planeswalkers, the Blind Eternities, Mana Bonds...in other words, all of frikkin MAGIC,
yeah- you need to have one of these in your deck, whether you are playing Standard FNM or Vintage Grand Prix. Opposing Wastelands make it very much playable. At the very least Sideboard.
Terramorphic Expanse and Ghost Quarter are probably the best non-broken utility lands in the game.

@Stinga It also thins your deck, making your draws more likely to be spells that you want as opposed to just another land to play.
