honestly i have no idea why this is here. In the Mimeoplasm deck, there is a similar card, but that has utility because it simply buffs a mimeoplasm by 6 if there are no other targets. This thing is just bad, and the color intensive ability is not really that good when you have 2 of them in play.

You fail to realize the purpose of this card. Early game, you mountain cycle it for mana fixing. Late game, however, it isn't a dead card, providing you with a decent attacker/blocker. Any land cycling card is great for EDH/Commander.

This is one of the first cards I am repacing in the Riku deck, blech.
Riku has SO much mana-fixing that Akroma's protection, uncounterability and flying make it a very easy choice for me. Plus Copying firebreathers with Riku seems like a waste of mana.
Edit: It's not that I"m copying Akroma, it's that she is way better :)
