These are nice in a madness deck when you need something to discard. Jaya Ballard, Task Mage for instance

This card never made sense to me. You don't want to play it in a hellbent deck because you might draw it late and its bounce ensures you have a card in hand. Sure, it does well with Rakdos Guildmage and other discard effects that you'd put in a hellbent deck, but the risk of being stuck with a 5/5 Dread Slag or a 2/2 Gobhobbler Rats makes this card seem pointless.
