This isn't very good in a mill deck, which is where it is. Good thing I'm converting my Marrow Gnawer deck to commander. This will be flavorful, as well as good.

It might as well have no rats in it. Graverobber is probably the one rat I would want to sac the least for this guy. Then again, its probably the second fastest removed rat in the game, second to Ink-eyes

I think you're focusing a bit too much on the offering aspect. If you look past that, it's a 6/6 with an ability that has synergy with some of the other cards in this deck; Grave Pact, Avatar of Woe, Butcher of Malakir, Fleshbag Marauder. It's not amazing and could certainly be replaced, but not terrible.
