First turn Tormented Soul. Assuming they don't keep mana open for removal, it at least becomes a 2-for-2 in card advantage terms (unless they left mana open to hit it as you play the Cloak, which on second turn seems unlikely), plus forcing removal on a one-drop. If they don't remove it, they'll be reduced to topdecking distressingly quickly.

Well, I guess the advantage is that you can play a 1/1 creature first turn, and play this on that creature, attack on the second turn, and have the player discard a card at random (like maybe a land). Though a lightning bolt or similiar would make short work of this, and the question would be: if you already play such a two card combo, why not hypnotic specter with dark ritual? You'd also have random discard on turn two, but you'd have a 2/2 flyer instead of a regular one mana guy that wouldn't even deal damage.
