This card is perfect for the Knights deck against the Dragons. Say, that's a nice Voracious Dragon you have there! Oh, and you devoured two goblins too. Reprisal.

Because of the color pie. While this is sort of a neat card....it makes my stomach curl because if this exists, and Path to Exile exists, and Oblivion Ring, and Swords to Plowshares....

the White is better at removal than Red. And that feels very wrong to me.

In fact, with Wrath of God-types....White is better at destruction than Black or Red. That feels VERY wrong to me.

While the Game might honestly need Oblivion-Ring, it does need the others as much. Wrath of God was supposed to define White as only good at sweep, but this yet one more targeted removal spell that's above the curve IN GENERAL, and it's White so it's Off the Color Pie. Good for powering up your deck, but bad for Designing a good game.

I don't want to see another White targetted kill spell this good ever again. Each color is good at some things and bad at others for a reason. White doesn't need this to already be good, and reprinting it would be a huge mistake, since Doom Blade and its kind are the #1 biggest reason anyone even bothers with Black in general anymore.

Black has had some recent good rares, but they needed to almost overprint good Black Rares before they actually made Black competitive beyond supporting White, Red, or Blue.

Better than Smite the Monstrous, obviously. If you needed more than four high-power removals though this would come in handy.

White is supposed to exile creatures, not destroy them. Still a very good card.

I respectfully disagree. White is supposed to have better removal than red. Red gets direct damage that has the option to remove creatures in a pinch. White has order and justice in mind thus wishing to cleanse the plane of all of the unrighteousness. Red has a chaotic reckless abandon that desires to have the world burn. Reprisal is a great card that could not fit into the color pie better. 5/5

@Pummeler It's flavourful, but it makes White just a little too flexible. Giving too much power to one part of the pie is what led Blue to be "the best colour" for years, when it was almost a mistake to play other colours; which shouldn't happen.
