This card work quite well with g/w exalted pump decks, you can send in an akrasan squire and make him unblockable, he can ideally be pumped up to at least a 5/5 doublestriker with lifelink that can attack again next turn being a 10/10 doublestriker ending the game =) only needs 4 cards for the combo too, I give this a 4/5 =)

not bad for goblins either.

Big time underrated. You can make a horde deck unblockable and then crank it with a card that affects everyone's offense. Elves would freaking love this thing.

Back when this was kicking around the largest poison counter critter was the Crypt Cobra, being able to plop one or two of these into a deck and poisoning the enemy to death is hilarious!

Great art.

P.S. Can anyone translate what is written on the arch.

I just don't see it happening. I feel when you top deck this late game when you're losing, you have to already have a few creatures out, AND they have to all be power 2 or less AND you have to wait until your next turn to use it.

But to it's credit, I can see some crazy shenanigans with this card in some kind of token deck. Overall though, it just doesn't seem great.

Pretty bad card, but the art is vibrant.

@Tavaritz - The translation seems to be jibberish.

RUND ARKH = Runed Arch, but I don't know what anything else means on here.

"Built by the quaint runed arch company."

Not terrible, but not particularly good, either. Could allow for a weenie alpha strike, so it definitely has its uses. The coming into play tapped thing hurts it, though- there's really no reason why that clause was necessary.

@FragNutMK1

That wouldn't work because Crypt Cobra has a power greater than 2. Besides, with its 3 damage and only 1 poison counter per attack, the opponent would die of combat damage before he or she died of poison.
