A card so powerful in its day that they named a set after it. (See also Prophecy, Torment, Planar Chaos)

Compare to Index. Slightly different in that you can choose who's library to rummage through which, could be useful in that you can then shuffle. But the fact that you cannot arrange the cards is frustrating. I would pick neither of the 2 personally..
