Holy Crap! a way to still ( kinda) mana burn someone

I wish they did make an enchantment that works exactly how manaburn did, it would make me so happy. Maybe some day, when they make new World Enchantments.

YO! DCI'ERS! ('scuse) em, lol I was going to ask "what if thair land taps for, say R, G or W?" but as I typed my question, the answer ocured to me: the type they picked! However, I wouldent waste your time with this tangent if there hadent ocured to me, as the answer poped up, another question; but "what if it's a ravnica bounce land?"
Cripes, mabie the oracle says... h.
P.s., Can anyone tell me the difrence between ; and : ?h.

@HoboColin: Actually it would produce {R}, {G} or {W}, but not necessarily the type they picked. Note that the oracle text says "One mana of any type that land could produce." The same applies for Karoos and Rav bounce lands.
