I agree with Midget. In fast games it's not that great, but in slow formats, such as multiplayer or EDH games, it really shines. You will always find a nice target, and drawing 2 is great as well. Sure, aura of silence is awesome, but drawing 2 can't be neglected either. In EDH/Commander decks, that are blue-white, I'd probably run one of each.
