I'm pretty sure that Master Decoy precedes the Trapper. Also, with a more neutral name, Master Decoy fits better in a core set, hence why they reprinted him as opposed to this guy.

Ichorix is correct; this is a cheap Master Decoy rip off. It's awesome, though, in that you can now run 12 Master Decoys, 16 if you include Goldmeadow Harrier.

Now there is Gideon's Lawkeeper. I used that to replace this card in my white decks. Just seeing it makes me nostalgic to how many times I tapped their defense
