Any deck with small evasive creatures should enjoy this effect, better if the evasion is only one way (i.e. Wonder gives you the evasion to make the exchange, but leaves your opponent unable to trade back). The Brand effect has always been a nice combo with exchange effects, making this a very well-designed card.
