This card treads dangerously close to The Eon Fog, but thankfully the Stasis effect is limited to creatures, so players don't have to feel like they are stuck doing nothing. This card definitely slows down a game by encouraging players not to attack or rendering them unable to attack. Ordinarily it will provide incentive to roll the planar die, but can occasionally be a problem since planeswalking away means all of your opponents get to untap first.

Hmm, this is an interesting little effect. Instead of untapping, your critters upgrade. I can get behind that. Curious as to what this "Belanon" will be like if and when it comes up in a set.

Maybe that green permanent that has your permanents untap every opponent's turn?

Belenon seems like a really strange-ass plane.
