Man I love this art. I wish they would support planechase a bit more, but I can understand how things like Archenemy and Commander are more popular.
This is the only Magic card I've ever torn up. Good riddance!

The problem with this card isn't the game stall, but rather the fact that the player who finally rolls Planeswalk gets the shaft. Everyone else gets to untap first! It would be nice if it included the clause, "When you planeswalk away from this plane, untap all permanents." I've had games where I couldn't roll away from this plane because if I did I'd die before I finally got an untap step!
