Ugh, Island home. It's like a step below island walk; Instead of unblockable if an opponent controls an island the creature could simply attack. Useless

Love the retro art...the functionality of the card is very subpar however...under most circumstances it is worse than Shoal Serpent as long as you hit your land drops...also Harbor Serpent is similar in that it requires islands in play, but when the condition is met, the reward (islandwalk) is much more beneficial, although Harbor Serpent is less splashable with a converted mana cost of {4}{U}{U} as opposed to {5}{U}

And yet, for reasons nobody can figure out, Merfolk of the Pearl Trident could happily walk around on land, as could Water Elementals... Yeah, landhome never made any sense, really. Once you go down that path, placing flavor over game play, the whole thing falls apart.

@Radagast: Well, Sea Serpent is obviously significantly bigger than either of those, not to mention that Merfolk of the Pearl Trident are intelligent beings while Water Elementals are weird magical creations, while this is just a big, dumb, snake-like fish.

Foolish Red Mage! My serpent shall scale your mountain lair and tear you limb from limb. ARISE! MIGHTY LEVIATHAN!"
