Target an Ichor Wellspring with a Fangren Marauder on the field. Classic.

The one advantage this has over Oxidize is that it is common...and thus can be used in pauper format (commons only). That said, even in pauper {G} has access to some better artifact removal such as Nature's Claim which is more flexible since it can also target enchantments or just good old Naturalize with a higher CMC but the owner won't gain life.
