I would almost say "strictly better than Drudge Skeletons", but I do know there are certain cases where that's not true.
However, this guy DOES trigger leaving/coming into play abilities,
And has both Skeleton AND Warrior types.
So, I'd much rather have this guy in my deck.

I agree with infernox10, although I do think that this is strictly better than Drudge Skeletons any day of the week. If you play Drudge Skeletons on turn two, you're taking a huge risk if someone were to kill it, because you can't pay the reg cost. This card is way more versatile and you can have a buttload of fun with it. For example:
1. You are forced to discard a card. Smile, and put this in your graveyard. 2. You have this in play and your opponent plays Gatekeeper of Malakir. Sacrifice this and take him back whenever you feel like it. 3. You play against a nasty Eldrazi deck. This is probably one of the best cards that can deal with Annihilator. 4. Devour. You get the point.
And much more. All in all, a great card.

It's a good card, but it's clearly not 'Strictly better than Drudge Skeletons'. That means better in every way, like Counterspell is strictly better than Cancel. Just a simple example - an opponent is attacking with a big creature every turn. You only need to keep one mana open for Drudge Skeletons, but Reassembling Skeleton costs two, although you can use it at any time, not just combat. They're different cards.

Good card and is better than regen in most situations. Very abusable with saccing.

@LordRandomness Far as I know Spell Snare can only counter spells, and that is an ability on Reassembling Skeleton so you cannot counter it as a spell. Correct me if I am wrong.

djflo: Your friends all maindeck 4x Spell Snare. What now?
...huuuuuh. Not sure what I was thinking when I made this comment. Either that drudge skeletons weren't two mana (which they are) or that countering a reassembler somehow does something useful (which it doesn't). Oh dear =/

Counterspell isn't strictly better than Cancel. There are cards that deal damage or give life equal to the CMC of a card - so Cancel's would be a benefit. In reality, there is no strictly better.

Combo with Viscera Seer to Scrye as many times as you can at BB per Scrye until you get that next draw to be what you need!

Add Training Grounds and its only B to get it done.
