and kill a creature with power 6 or less, oh and draw a card... unless I'm mistaken??

@Eluem 'Fraid not. The entire instant goes on the stack as one package, with no time between the -3/-0 and the -0/-3. You can only Twisted Image before or after both parts. That said, if you're playing U/B, you shouldn't have to look too far for a way to kill a creature with power 6+.

@Ellum I am pretty sure both parts happen at the same time.
@BobTheBuilder If you can take out two things with that, then your coming out ahead. Otherwise it would be going a long way for a "murder", end result being trading 1 card for 1 card.
But this card is an okay combat trick. Could bring about a 2 for 1 with the help of combat, or take something out and soften another attackers blow.

Swap the power to toughness
Target creature gets -0/-3 until end of turn
and kill a creature with power 6 or less, oh and draw a card... unless I'm mistaken??
