I think it's underrated; sure it'll whiff early but so do quite a few other powerful schemes, like the destroy shit ones (you won't get a lot turn 1 or 2).

I'm normally not a fan of X-cost schemes, they can be poop on a shoe in early play. But usually there's good reason to use this one, even if you only have 1 or 2 lands to spare.
