well, as Shane said its good in Portal block format, and maybe worth considering in EDH since you can only run 1 divination. Maybe. But other than that its not worth it. Except for the Foglio art. we need more Foglio dang it!!! Kaja or Phil. Or both. IDC, just more Foglio.
