Both the artwork from Hornet Cannon (which was quite a while back) and thie artwork from this corresponding token was drawn by Ron Spencer. I don't dislike it, yet i wonder why he didn't draw that type of hornet seen on Hornet Cannon and instead provided us with this poison-infused copper construct. (Talking about constructs, the artwork really makes me think that this token is missing this creature type.)

If the general rule was cool art=awesome card then this would be one of the most broken cards in history.

I have a wasp token from Tenth Edition in my token box (The Hive). They got really particular there in comparing mechanized insects.

Strictly better than Wasp tokens made by The Hive.
Although, I absolutely hated Hornet Cannon. 4 CMC, +tap for a 1/1 flyer? Okie dokie, mate.
Now I feel like wasting a few dollars to fetch myself a Mimic Vat, which is kind of the same thing as the Cannon.

It's a cool token. I really like how it's positively dripping with poison.
