I think this card is underestimated. I've got a couple decks that use a lot of cheap, difficult to block creatures as a win condition, and this card is perfect for that kind of strategy. Its not amazing, of course, but its still good.

@mmiller42: Anything in particular you want to talk about?

Should have been a black creature. Just to balance the flyers a bit.

@mmiller42 and @roqbthepirate: I'm thinking a good weenie straight-flying deck would be fun with this. Throw in some life gain spells and creatures, such as Serra Ascendant, along with cards like Suntail Hawk and other white mini fliers, would be kind of fun to make work.

Points if you can keep the cost of all the spells at 3 or less!

Wanna know how to type, and auto-cards words like Assassinate , Cockatrice?

Well, i know you do, so here it.
Brackets.
Auto-Card, Italicize, Underline, Bold all use brackets to put in codes for the words to have the effect.
these can also be left empty and as a spacer between letters with no visible gap.

A SS has a clear space, while ASS does not. but ASS is stars
replacing brackets with() you get (autocard)A()ssa()ssinate(/autocard)

Well that's my contribution to this secret conversation.'

Crap compared to Leonin Skyhunter. Unfortunately I cant say this card is strictly worse, as this costs 1W and the Skyhunter costs WW (Ohh noes, harder to splash).
In return its a 2/2 instead of a 2/1... and is a damned KNIGHT.

Great in drafts, but not worth putting in constructed.

It's actually much simpler. Type "A(SS" using the square brackets instead of ( to get ASS. See?

Also, you are hidden from word searches. If you search for a swear word in the "User Comments" field, it sees through the censor but if you search for that same swear, using the bracket method I just showed you, the bracket is filtered out.

Oh, and one more thing. That "report abuse" link under my post here, those don't work anymore. Try it. So don't worry about getting reported. -_-

Just a little "fuck you" to wizards for having a retarded filter in place.

An excellent card for the beginning player. It's not super-impressive or combo-worthy, but it flies over the first few waves of blockers. It's likely to hit for 2 a couple of times, or take out a decent-sized blocker.

Decent card. Yes, there are better, but still, this is basically a flying Bear (2 damage for 2) with no real drawback, which is pretty solid. Yes, if it was a mythic rare, it would probably have first strike, a cool creature type, and who knows what else, but think about this, then think about Pearled Unicorn, and consider how far the game has evolved.
