This card becomes brutal very quickly. Though it is bad to lose slivers if you don't have any sliver genarators in play, usally the trade off of losing whatever power the sliver would grant to the hive is outweighed by the fact you can pick ANY permanent in play.

despite it's obvious brutality, this is always good with Brood sliver, gemhide sliver, and a sliver that gives haste so you can tap your newly generated slivers for the mana to sac them to kill any permanent, at instant speed I might add.

This is a 5 star card, turn all your slivers into vindicates for 3 colourless mana, I mean, how can you rate this lower than 5? Even if it's oyur only sliver it still works.

A great card. I like to use it to clear the way for Teneb, the Harvester, then use Teneb to raise either the sliver or the would-be blocker.

Training Grounds loves this guy- {3} reduced to {1} means no waste unlike {2} (a common activation cost for abilities) to {1}. And who doesn't love Vindicate for {1}? I know it's not in Neckie's colors, but you were planning on playing all 5 anyway, weren't you?

It's hard to downrate removal that hits anything you can target, especially when it's also allow to beat an opponent. Drop it early, beat them, sac it if they try to kill it. It may not be the strongest creature, but the fact that it doubles as expensive removal means it's worth a shot.
