Mono or even two-colored decks will preferably use Harmonize most of the time.

To me this card reads, "3G: Mill the top three cards of your library." I would never put this over "Gift of the Gargantuan".

So I made this sweet ZZW limited deck online, yeah? green white allies, 3 blademasters, 3 clerics, basilisk collar, 2 harrows, several other allies, yadda yadda yadda, it was great! But it also had four of these. One time out of like 7 tries I got three cards. Twice I got one card, once I got two cards. The rest I ended up milling myself of land and Beast Hunts and Harrows. But I lost because I timed out because of all those dam ally triggers, actually. It had nothing to do with this card lol.
Compare Lead the Stampede, which goes 2 cards further for 1 less mana. Far better, unless you want cards in your graveyard, in which case use something else that isn't Beast Hunt because it's still horrible.
