It paralyzes :D and it's not too small so it will definitely see some action. Looks fun.

Here's another forgotten card that people should notice when building decks with proliferate. Still not great, but with Contagion Engine this guy becomes scary.

It's PARALYSIS. What idiot wrote the rules text for this?

Amusingly, creatures that fight it multiple times will get multiple instances of the ": Remove a paralyzation counter from this creature" ability. Not that that has any effect, but it's cute. Likewise, technically creatures retain the ability even after they've removed the last paralyzation counter, for what it's worth.
