Definitely a multiplayer card and a great signal that your opponents need to stop playing those stupid counters!

I've run these in sideboards of Green decks that had Birds and such along with City of Solitudes and Defense Grids. The control decks started choking :)
Notice that red spells likely to be chosen, kill spells likely to be used, pump spells (if someone was running them), instant speed draw, etc.
This is a prime example of how to do a blue or blue-X aggro. Dropping this ensures your Delvers, Serendib Efreets, and Serendib Djinn, possible phantasmal creatures as well, get through quickly for massive damage.
If they can't be burned/destroyed easily, then your opponent will have to fight your above-the-curve evasive creatures. Good luck with that when your deck is slathered in sorcery speed control.
