The card is comparable to both Kraken Hatchling and Wall of Frost. It's a little pricy in mana cost, hence my rating of three stars. I would have given it 2 1/2 but it's the only all blue minotaur. I think it's high time for an all green minotaur btw.

His casting cost would have been great at 1U and put one card from your hand on top of your library. I think that would have added flavor and made him very playable. The drawback is severe enough that it hurts, but blue can recover, however, this would have made him an uncommon. On the other hand, one more point in power would have had him as a solid common because his power doesn't synergize with his ability.
