Tapping for 2 mana isn't really a usefull ability for a creature with a CMC of 5 to have. At his cost, it would have to be 3 mana, colored, eather your choice of color or any combination (possibly restricting the choices to red and green), for it to be worth it. Vigilance would also be a nice addition.

I don't know, a turn three Rosheen Meanderer, followed by a turn 4 this guy then the worlds the limit for turn 5.

This plus Umbral Mantle and either Sinking Feeling or Training Grounds makes infinite mana and makes him infinitely large.
